Has anyone sat in the State Street Pavilion Club at Fenway?
I got tickets for the Red Sox vs Braves game Sun June 21st and they are for the State Street Pavilion Club. I have never sat there and was wondering what I am in for. I know they have a full menu and in-seat waiters. Anyone able to tell me what I am in for as far as prices. Is it more expensive than the rest of the park for food and beer? How much is food? Anything included? Thanks
I had front row rickets there on May 21, 2009. It was amazing. The view is spectacular. There is a restaurant, it's hidden, it's down a concrete hall. It is pricey, but considering the tickets are 165 each it's all relevant. They have a buffet deal where it's 40 a person and it's all you can eat till the 3rd inning. The food is very good. It's all made in front of you with a chef standing right there. They have prime rib, seafood, chicken, salad, dessert buffet, popcorn, and make your own mini hat ice cream sundae. I would highly recommend it. The restaurant is so pretty too, and the view is excellent of the field, we were able to watch the entire Jays's bp from it. The only bad thing is drinks are per drink, no free refills.
The in seat menu, is good, they have it listed on the website. It's basic, but the waitress came by A LOT. The prices are actually the same. They have Sam Adams summer Ale, where as i only saw the Boston kind in the stands. We have grandstand seats for the other two games.
The rest of the food is the same prices, there is a huge food stand when you get up there. They have more options then in the stands.
I loved the state street pavilion club. Are you home plate or 1st or 3rd base. We were 3rd base side, and we have a great view of the field.
I am a little bias, in that my favorite pitchers were all in, Lester and then a non save, but work for Papelbon. But the seats are amazing. We watched bp on the monster, as citizens of Red Sox nation and got the tour and saw pitcher bp from the right field roof deck, and honestly the State Street Pavilion was the best view of everything.
It's pricey but what isn't in Fenway park?
