like how many pictures does it hold?
Ok... the answers are all in the link you gave.
The camera's sensor is 100K pixels... very small. While it can store 640x480 images (just over 300K pixels), the actual resolution is only going to be 100K. The other mode is 320x200, which is about 64K pixels. These will likely be worse than the photos most camera phones shoot today. If you're trying to picture the image size/quality, most YouTube videos are at 320x200... that's also roughly the resolution of better MP3 players like the Zune or the iPod.
At the 640x480 resolution, the camera will store an about 17 images; at the lower 320x200 resolution it can store about 60 images. As for video, it claims to handle 17 seconds worth of video, but that's at a very low (jerky) frame rate.
This camera is basically just a toy, not a very useful camera. There's no LCD screen... you can choose to delete the last photo you shot, or erase everything, that's about it. When connected to a PC, you can upload the images, and apparently use it as a webcam... I suspect the imager in the device was originally designed for a webcam, not a normal digital camera.
If that's what you're looking for, go for it... it's hard to say spending $15 is that big of a waste of money. But the quality will be so low with a device like this, it's hard to imagine what you'll do with it.
